Privacy Policy

Krattley Labs is a personal, non-commercial project run by Patrick Fillmore. Its family apps send text messages to family members and friends who have opted in.

What we collect

The name and mobile phone number of each family member or friend who agrees to receive text messages, along with the date they gave consent.

How we collect it

Consent is collected verbally and in person, as described on the SMS Consent page. We record the name, number, and consent date as proof of consent.

How it is used

This information is used only to send reminders and notifications from Krattley Labs apps. It is not used for any other purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver messages.
